This means you received a Jewish I marker from one parent and a Jewish III from one parent (not necessarily the same parent). It refers to Cape Verde Islands, which belong to Brazil, and are a highly mixed (Spanish/Portuguese and African) population.

It depends, but most are Brazilian, Venezuelan etc. Latin American or Spanish/Portuguese/mixed. The triangles in Brazil and Trinidad are African.

Most of the green dots in South American refer to Iberian (Spanish/Portuguese) American (mixed with American Indian) but there are four or five that are purely indigenous populations (Amazonian Indian, Kichwa), and the triangles refer to African there.

It's not possible to say, since African DNA is uniformly spread across Sub-Saharan Africa. If I had to guess, I'd say Central Africa or Eastern Rift Region. The Ethnic Motif Map doesn't indicate.
