Does the "Brazilian - Cape Verde" match have anything to do with Brazilian or Cape Verdean heritage, or is it mainly the mixture of African and

It refers to Cape Verde Islands, which belong to Brazil, and are a highly mixed (Spanish/Portuguese and African) population.
